Took the girls for a walk tonight.

Gypsy is the shepherd, Sasha is the 1yo husky.

Been giving them quite a bit of time to get used to each other.

This was the first time out walking together.

We'll ease Sasha inside next.

They did pretty good. Lots of kisses from Sasha and no hackles from Gypsy

When we were traveling quite a lot I think at one point SWMBO had 3 different pet strollers. The pup had no problem with any of them, it was finding one SHE liked. I still remember him stretched out in one watching Old Faithful and the expression on peoples faces when they REALIZED it was a dog in the stroller and not a kid.

We get that a lot when walking at the trail too. It looks just like a baby stroller so they expect to see the human kind of baby and start laughing. :)

There was a lady in the rental neighborhood i used to live in, that had something similar except it enclosed.

She would take her cat for walks in it.

My shepherd wasn't sure what to think of that

Our Pet Gear stroller closes up with a zipper. Has screens front, rear and sides for visibility and ventilation. Pretty good quality unit and very nice to have on hot days when the pups don't want to walk much.

Do they make those in an off road model for a 90lb pooch????

My baby girl is getting up there. I tigure at some point i'm gonna have to push her around for our walks
Pet Gear does make a model for big dogs, up to 150 lbs. Doesn't look any more off-roadie than ours though.

That sounds exactly like what my neighbor was using to take her cat for walks
