I had a Ford 1100 4x4 and wanted just a couple more horsepower to run a finish mower better, so I bought a 1210 to go along with it. A friend how owns the 1100 with the option for me to own it at a later date.
My question is, if I install a Ford 768A loader on the 1210 or the 1100, where does the hydraulic power come from to run the loader. On the 1210, it has a block on the right side next to the transmission that is switchable when auxiliary hydraulic power is needed, but the 1100 does not have such a block.
For people who own a small Ford such as the 1100 or 1210 (or 1200,1300, 1210, 1310 etc) with a loader, where are you tapping into the hydraulic system to power the loader?
I realize a pto powered pump would probably give a little more volume, but that tends to tie up the pto which is needed for other uses.
I appreciate any help.
