air ride, power steering, ABS, automatic, A/C
How else would a driver be able to hang their foot out the window at 65? Hard to wear flip-flops and use that 3rd pedal.

Have you ever tried to jack up a trailer that’s 6” under the hitch? Aside from the obvious better ride quality an air ride truck makes hooking up much easier. An air ride truck requires less maintenance than springs. It’s hard enough get a big truck in a small yard with power steering. Power steering is basically a necessity. ABS is required by the government regardless of how well it does it doesn’t work. Nobody is making you use the ac but most drivers would quite and work for a different company that has ac. The automatic transmission is again less maintenance. If you’re stuck in hard mode for no apparent reason why don’t you just use a wagon?

This is what I normally drive, plus a 53' tail behind it ... Parking any "pickup' srw/drw short/long bed is a breeze!

Only reason I'd not keep a free new truck is in Missouri is taxes! Sales tax to register, plus we have "personal property tax" which is a tax on the value of your personal property like vehicles, tractors/equipment/attachments ,cattle, hay for sale ... All based on ownership on January 1st

My 2018 RAM 1500 is around $550 a year ... Goes down slightly every year, based on MSRP ...
Wow! We've got plenty of taxes here - for sure - but not quite as far as that personal property tax! Don't give our politicians any new ideas!!!

It's just a different way to get money ... On my 11 acres of vacant land I paid $16 last year in property tax!

I love the automatic in my IH-7500.
Hopefully, no more manuals for me. Life’s too short and I got enough work to do!

You said find tires, indicating a change from stock. Changing wheels/tires is a pretty common mod.
Just to “keep it real”, those 19.5” rims & tires ride mighty stiff. It would make the ride quality much worse.
Its also really expensive.

Apparently I left you an opening and you jumped on it; I was referring to stock tires that come on the vehicle.
It's not worth arguing about anyway.
