You said find tires, indicating a change from stock. Changing wheels/tires is a pretty common mod.

This is what I normally drive, plus a 53' tail behind it ... Parking any "pickup' srw/drw short/long bed is a breeze!

Only reason I'd not keep a free new truck is in Missouri is taxes! Sales tax to register, plus we have "personal property tax" which is a tax on the value of your personal property like vehicles, tractors/equipment/attachments ,cattle, hay for sale ... All based on ownership on January 1st

My 2018 RAM 1500 is around $550 a year ... Goes down slightly every year, based on MSRP ...

That's mostly sleet with a tad bit of freezing rain ... In the three winters I've lived in Missouri I've only cleared my driveway once! Partly because I'm gone so much, its melted in a few days before I get home!

They switched over to these rotten PACCAR TX-12 which is a 12 speed automatic, I hate it, but most companies have gone to them, and I only have 30 months until I retire, so I'm trying to put up with it ... As I'm too old to start a new career for just a couple of years.

How else would a driver be able to hang their foot out the window at 65? Hard to wear flip-flops and use that 3rd pedal.

I would love a 12 speed automatic!

I was driving my neighbors dump truck with this the other day. I like it. Gear changing in a road truck probably isn’t as bad but a dump truck involves a lot of gear changing.
