While bushhogging, I notice it swaying and hearing thumps. Found both rear stabilizer brackets had broken and stabilizers were not connected to brackets. The bolts are really attached to the housing. Can I use PB Blaster to loosen them? What is the recommend torque when replacing? Should Loctite be used the? Which Loctite if so?

Soak them, then try an impact driver (less torque than an impact gun), and see if they'll loosen. The threads could be messed up on the bolts, from the torque applied that tore the studs loose.
That's a REALLY poor stabilizer mount design. At least the brackets are replaceable- on some Mahindra models, the stud was cast into the gear case.
I build custom telescoping stabilizers for a living, but I won't make them for that mount design (LS using the same design on some of their models). The stabilizer is only as strong as that flat plate, and the stud. It's a better design for the force to be applied center to the mount, than to the side (as in the case of the stud, which you've proven can be torn away).

Thank you Mike. Sounds like a bad design. Also noted the metal looks like punk. There is rust noted under the bracket where it broke off. We will give your suggestions a try. Again, thanks for the help!
