The rake is more of a grooming tool and the landplane is more of a gading tool. I use the LP to cut the washboard off the dirt road and smooth it out again. No doubt demand will dictate where these charge stations are located. Here in So Cal they are everywhere. But we charge at home, it costs half what the charge stations cost and the 300 mile range does all our local errands.

I mow a couple of neighboring parcels for fuel $. Nets me about $1k which buys about 300 gallons. All with equipment I have purchased for personal use so little or no additional expense.

State Farm was the best price I could find. They carry my home and vehicle policies. When combined with discounts for home, multiple cars, good driver, old guy, etc discounts they were considerably lower than Tesla insurance rates.

My 52 hp MX5200 regens more often when run at low rpms. When I work it hard it regens less frequently and honestly if I'm mowing (high rpms) I don't always notice it. Like your son at first I thought it was a big deal...now not so much.

I replaced the OEM plastic box with a larger metal box. Then I welded a hammer head on the end of 10 or 12" crescent wrench and tossed it in the box along with all the spare pins, fence pliers, rag, and gloves needed.
