About the same here, 1500 sqft house, big attached garage and we like the 4 seasons. I retired in 2020 and we could move but we almost enjoy winter more than summer. We do go south in the winter the past 4 years but only for a couple weeks to watch some races and eat BBQ.

I have a buddy here in Minnesota, he has what he calls a cabin in Wyoming, he goes there for the winter because there is way more snow for riding snowmobile. The “cabin” is a three bedroom log home.

In Minnesota we call 4” of snow a dusting, we still go to work, kids still go to school, deliveries still show up.
