How many of these are out in the wild and some general questions.

So far, mine has served me well. The size and weight of the tractor is absolutely perfect for what we needed and it performs harder work better than my old Kubota BX. One gripe I do have is that the Kubota was a lot more refined. Like when you unscrew something, both sides are painted. The...

i would check fuses/relays and voltage at both when engaged.

Has Summit stopped posting in this forum? They were pretty active the week I purchased mine, but they haven't replied to anything in a while. Summit Tractors Support Distributor/Seller · From Atlanta Georgia Joined Sep 21, 2022 Last seen Jun 13, 2025

How many of these are out in the wild and some general questions.

Wow and I thought i got a geat deal on mine for 17,499. I do think the MSL loader is a nice feature. Does that H24 still come standard with 3rd function and rear remotes? All the Summit standard features is really what won me over at the price. Also - My TX25 is going strong and I...

How many of these are out in the wild and some general questions.

The Summit is a rebranded Solis. You can hit up the Solis forum and get an idea of issues - they are pretty reliable for the most part. I wouldn't knowingly sell off a Kubota to replace it with a Summit if I had read otherwise. I know McClure Made Outdoors has a bunch of TX25 videos on Youtube...

You have around 260 hours on yours. I would love to read more about some of the issues you ran into with it and how Summit support helped to resolve them. Summit was also very responsive with my initial issues. This sub forum seems to have little traffic, which is also why I was asking how many...

How many of these are out in the wild and some general questions.

Messicks has a pretty large platform of viewers and while Summit is a rebrand of a reliable platform, it isn't a huge US market. Had Good Works not reviewed his TX25 heavily, I probably wouldn't have considered buying one. Mine has been going good so far. I did manage to get it stuck in the...

How many of these are out in the wild and some general questions.

I think the overall package Summit offers really fits well for a lot of 5-15 acre property owners that cant justify 30-40k on a larger tractor all loaded out.

I have to think things are somewhat ok - our local family farm and home just took delivery of a tx25 with a backhoe. But watching. Stuff like this always has me worried. Heh.

    Bucket capacity

internal dimensions are roughly - 47" wide, 16" deep, 17" high. While not an exact #, the volume is about the same as the bucket on my Kubota BX if that helps any.

How many of these are out in the wild? Any idea on overall numbers from Summit's side? I ask because they look to be fairly slow moving locally, so I am curious how many owners are out there and on this forum, especially since the traffic in this specific forum seems to move fairly slow? I was...

Tractors and wood! Show your pics

we have PI everywhere - essentially the entire woodline around the house, 1/4 mile driveway, etc. we've tried attacking it with sprays, and mechanical removal, but it always comes back. my wife used to get it really bad, but the longer we've lived here the less it impacts any of my family...

Ford aluminum body vs Ram steel - can the Ram do as well?

A lot of the rust issues can be fixed with some well placed weep holes, which always seems to be an engineering afterthought... However, the structural integrity of a rusted through body should be a consideration. I really wish the mfg would consider some of this stuff for the Northern...

Just took delivery of my TX25. I am also a Kubota BX80 owner so I will be comparing these.

So I stopped by my local Family Farm & Home again, where I purchased my tractor. I checked all of the other tractors and ALL of them have the dipstick not installed all the way. @Summit Tractors Support you may want to notify your dealer network to double check the dipsticks. They are hard to...

Just took delivery of my TX25. I am also a Kubota BX80 owner so I will be comparing these.

Update. I misread one of the dash lights. It is not a diff lock indicator - it was the cruise control indicator. (My BX didn't have cruise, and the dash indicator also has a lock icon) :ROFLMAO: Support indicated that the rear diff lock is only engaged while actually stepping on the lever. It...

General feedback as a customer, I can say this: I think this type of product would be better represented at a small to medium size power sports / mower retail sales model. I feel like Big Box might be an issue because it was the Store Manager that sold me my Summit tractor, but he also only knew...

Just took delivery of my TX25. I am also a Kubota BX80 owner so I will be comparing these.

Update - it doesn't seem to be hydraulic fluid - It is most likely oil. The dipstick was not installed - so there is oil all over everything. Is there any kind of inspection these go through before the customer gets them? I ask, because after mine sold, I know it sat for a few days with a sold...

Can someone from the Summit side of things please reach out to me and provide me tracking information on the 2 sets of keys that were supposed to be sent last week, as well as status for the non-functional diff lock? Is there a service/case number or something I should have? I tried logging in...

Just took delivery of my TX25. I am also a Kubota BX80 owner so I will be comparing these.

This feels significantly larger than the Kubota BX80 series when sitting on it. While the TX25H is larger, the feel from the seat shocked me at first because it sits so much higher. The TX25H also feels a lot more stable with the bucket loaded, as the extra weight really helps. When I would fill...

Nope - I was just going off the original article. I wonder if there will be a radio option then, or if you'll be stuck to bluetooth.

    New basic EV truck

I own some of those and they work well. However, I don't think that usage in a vehicle is any better than wearing headphones, because in the event of an accident, external speakers essentially become projectiles. I am sure you'll see some aftermarket mounting options like for side by sides, but...

    New basic EV truck

I feel like they went a bit to 10. No radio, no creature comforts. Why can't we just go back to 80's/90's cars that were reliable and cheap. In a 20k car, they can't squeeze in a basic AM/FM radio. Some areas have emergency msgs that you need to tune to. All for lowering costs, but this feels a...

Just took delivery of my TX25. I am also a Kubota BX80 owner so I will be comparing these.

Does it specifically need to be in 2wd or 4wd? I tried both. Do I need to keep holding it down and then start moving the tractor, or should it engage while completely stopped? Does stay held down once engaged, or only while I am physically pushing the lever? It does not seem to engage - at least...

What is the correct process for engaging the Diff lock? I tried to follow the manual, but my diff lock lever just pushes down and never engages. The light does not come on in the cluster. It feels springy, but nothing clicks or detents.
