Buying Advice - Kioti, LS, TYM Compact Tractors

The new TYM 2515s, 2510s carry the TYM badges on the grill and steering wheel. The ones built during the Branson days, still have the B on the grill and wheel. Those would be old stock, pre acquisition. TYM has had the one’s built under their manufacture at every equipment show. Surprised...

Buying Advice - Kioti, LS, TYM Compact Tractors

Well, it is a TYM. TYM is manufacturing them now. It’s not “rebranded” like say a RK tractor. Yes, it is a legacy Branson model, being built by TYM today and carrying the TYM badge. I see a larger footprint, namely width, as stability. If your ground is flat, then that’s maybe not a...

It actually uses a solenoid controlled butterfly in the exhaust to raise the temp of the DPF to burn off the soot. It has no injectors in the system. Anyone have a Christian Medshare policy?

We always pay bills early, and receive a discount for doing so. Then a month later we get a bill for an “owed amount” equal to the early payment discount we received. We have to fight it on EVERY BILL… thankfully the wife was in medical claims billing in a past life and knows the ropes...

Just found out people are paying $30K for L2502

I looked at Kioti seriously... But they were still a premium over TYM and didn't offer a mechanical injected engine option. Also, the NX was the model that was most comparable, and they had a known issue with the fancy hydrostat they put in those units that I didn't want to deal with. Kioti is...

There are some 10k watt heaters on Amazon Id be interested in 😎 Still cheaper than propane by a little, and I have a dedicated circuit already wired into the barn.
  139. CloverKnollFarms

    Quartz Heater

Well, yeah, burning any fuel will produce water… Sadly. Heating a space with electric takes a massive amount of energy though. At 3.41 btu per watt…. You need 8000 watts to do any good in most spaces if they are not insulated well, or leaky.
  140. CloverKnollFarms

    Quartz Heater

I bought a cheap 80,000 btu propane radiant heater last year. Coupled with a 40lb tank, I can get about 23 hours of heat out if it on its lowest setting of about 25k BTU
  141. CloverKnollFarms

    Quartz Heater

1475 watts won’t heat anything not right under it. It certainly wont heat a space. You’d need at least 220v to do that, and even then electric would be weak
