Well, we better stop running with diesel too with those stats. Diesel itself becomes contaminated and dirty overtime due to the bacterial sludge that can build up. That's worse than the bio-fuels being added in. You might as well park your machine and not even dare use it then.

Never an issue with Seafoam keeping things clean. :) Seafoam original use is for diesel. It keeps the injectors and pump clean. I use it with regular diesel and bio-diesel mixes. Works ever time.

Those tiller depth wheels can work as hiller discs too. Some of the tillers have the wheels nearly straight out the back and just off center and not at the outer edges.

WD40 is one of the weakest oil to use. Something that old and stuck needs Deep Creep. Plenty of YT vids showing how weak WD40 and PB are. In many instances hydraulic oil can beat WD40 & PB.

Weld it or possibly bore both pieces and join the to pieces with a setup-stud like it's done in automotive engine blocks. The alignment to have both pieces concentric to each other is critical for operation. Both for welding or pilot threading.

It could be. Mitsubishi merged (more like acquired) with Mahindra and is known as MAM Ag. Mitsubishi is the parent of the merger too. Mahindra's are more and more being powered by Mitsubishi engines too.

I only offered 3D printing for the fuse cover as the fuse box is over 40 years old. We can't run down to the nearest autoparts store to pick one up. :) Going totally new is an option should the old wires reach and the mounting size fits within the footprint of the existing broken fuse box.

Your fuse box would be super easy to 3D print a cover. There is a perimeter race-track ledge to utilize. Then add on the metal spring bar strap with a hole and a screw with a nylon spacer.

In my image above, should the living-hinge break, my thoughts would be to make a hole between the two screws and retain the cover with simple hardware similar to this. If the cover gets lost, I'll just 3D print a new one. :)
