You should like the Gator. We have the small compact Gator CX. It will be 11 years old this year and has 1,800+ hours on it, Does what we need and has never needed anything but a set of tires.

Buckeye, where are the seeds coming from??? If the stuff is all over your area even killing with roundup won't work for long if new seeds can blow in and take root later. One thing about Roundup or something like it is things can grow back. So you just have to think it all out.
