    Right the fuel cap may have a vent that is plugged. If the fuel tank is like the 300 series, the tank will have a vent hose. And that might be plugged.

    You're welcome. I think the Brake Pressure, failure code is what is keeping it from moving. The brakes spring applied and are released by hydraulic pressure. Good luck and let us know what fixes it.

    Yep, the lower link pin diameter will be 1-1/8" for Cat 2. Those in the picture don't look that big. Cat 1 is 7/8".
