Your going to end up with a leak. Doesn't take very much. You can get a Valve cover gasket from Hoye I'm pretty sure. #36 on the Ym2000 Dia. 841827

No valve cover gasket. I didn't have a gasket either when I pulled the cover to CHk. The valves Yrs. ago. I ran a small bead of form-A-Gasket round the head and never had a problem. Thought it was odd no gasket but I seen it come up before.

Send the head to a shop and have it checked. Sounds Warped. Head Gasket? Hopefully it's the HG. and they can resurface the Head. The Cyl. Liners in good shape then get the head and valves done with new rings your be good. At least the motors not locked down!!

On the YM240 they call it the Relief valve. It operaters when the pressure in the Cyl. exceeds the specified pressure it's set for. I knew it may be differen but it's what my 240 Hyd. Serv. Manual shows.

The pic. of the GT front wasn't showing much of anything but the Typical front axle 2WD setup. I knew about a possible Mid mount and the woods has a Rear PTO setup that drives a Mid Mount. looking at the bad wheel the top of the tire looks to be leaning in and Pointing out. Bet the other front wheel is point staight level. Likely not all that bad of a repair. Hoye may have and upgrade on the axel if that is the problem this time?

That valve looks like the Wagner I have on the ford. Same setup and not much to it. You can still download the manuals. May get some good info.? Everything Mine works really good now. Really pleased with it. The loader is self-contained. A few bolts and a pump shaft and it removes all intact.

This just came on another forum. What I did to pull the bent up fence and Gate over a decade ago! I used the Metal gate bar and attached it to the Fence and pulled it. Not much force needed for Hog link. My 8N Evel Kenievel Neighbor just used a Come along to pull his. Not much to it!!

The YM2002 is the YM2000 they upgraded the motor. It went from a 2cyl. to a 3cyl. is about it. The Classic Yanmar form is where you need to be. If that's what your asking? YM2000 Manuals are free and easy to download. I can give it to you!!

What Model tractor? While your looking at the linkage make sure the model you have doesn't have a lockout latch so the clutch doesn't engage while sitting or in storage. Prevents it from getting stuck in and then you can't release it. Just had to replace a 63 Ford 2 stage clutch that was stuck.
