    Straight drive grease fittings (zerks)

Coby, I have always just grabbed that type with vise grips, rotated back and forth a few times and they came right out. Never really measured to replace, kinda eyeballed the selection in the assortment box Dad had and picked one that matched. Tapped the new one in with a small socket that rode...

    Ditching job

My two cents. I'd rent something similar to a hitachi 250 (could go bigger but of course more cost)~ $3500 a week, pull everything from one side with the additional reach; a Volvo 25 to haul the spoils ~ $5000 a week. Probably about 12-16 buckets per load depending on material. Maybe 400 gallons...

    Good morning!!!!

Instead of a permanent mount, could you use a piece of channel to hang the bracket on top of the raised tailgate? That way it's not in the way. After you added the power dump of course. Sorry, just intrigued with the idea of picking up the cans with the bed. I tow mine down my 1000' lane hooked...

    Good morning!!!!

Ok. So you're in the right gear. The gauge on the left should be your intake/vacuum gauge. The one on the right is your discharge/pressure gauge. 2000 rpm and still only showing 45psi? What is your intake gauge reading prior to opening a discharge to flow water? Is it at zero or above? Does it...

    Good morning!!!!

I was wondering the same thing. Or the tank fill is open possibly.
  81. Engineer42

    Good morning!!!!

RNG, the tank may have access panels in the top. If there is a wooden slatted floor in the hose bed, remove and look for screws/bolts along the top edge. Should be two panels(hopefully) and give you room to work. If you get the tank cleaned out if can be coated to prevent rust. Just replace the...

Tractor Sizing Please help a guy out!

I am 6 foot 5 inches with a size 15 shoe. I made a minor modification to my seat, raised it 3.5 inches and moved it back an additional 3 or so. Made all the difference in comfort. It is not difficult to adjust your tractor to you if the room exists. This took about a half hour.
