If you are considering RK, I would look harder at TYM. They make 100% of RK tractors and have dealers in N. Alabama. I think you will find little difference technically between the high priced brands and TYM. The dealership is the advantage and that is locally dependent.

TYM makes that RK as well, but it is a subcompact. That is an entire class smaller than the '2' series TYM tractors. Putting that in perspective, the 2515 3pt can lift nearly 2X that of the T25 (same as RK25). It was about 1100 lbs more (rops). Enjoy the ride!

There is a sensor, just not a gauge. Those gauges sit in the middle until they don't. The light comes on when the temp gets above normal. To me, it is the same as me noticing a gauge is above normal. Frankly, I think the light is more likely to be noticed. YMMV.

Welcome to TBN and to the TYM pages. My T574 has a temp warning light. In my experience, a gauge is not all that necessary. Proper maintenance and operation should be good. The light will go off when it gets too warm.

Not sure where you are getting your prices, but my new TYM T574H was $29k for the tractor and loader. Probably a little bigger than your target, but pricing for 2515H is under $23k for a package with a mower and box blade...should be less than $21k for just the tractor.

I was just looking up info for my soon to arrive T574 and filling the tires. The stock tires on the 574 hold 8 more gallons than the 5520. That is about 64 lbs of ballast per tire if using water. The good news for you is there is not a bad choice there.
