I kinda doubt that EA has many customers buying 4+ attachments at the same time. I don't see them as having "high volume" customers. I suspect the majority of their customers buy one, or possibly two, attachments on the same order. EA production issues are likely primarily supplier related.

Even in the East, or mid West, good used tractors are so easy to sell in current market conditions, I very seriously doubt that you will find any individual willing to do what you want.

I have valuable equipment inside, so I do not have the luxury of waiting for lumber prices to fall. I need make certain that I keep animals out, and that the building stays dry inside. I will not be present for 8 months, to watch/wait for problems to occur.

I bought a used 2014 MB E-350 in January of 2020. Same model with same miles, is currently (Aug 2021) selling for several thousand more than I paid. Florida is absolutely great for buying clean used MBs.

Not all pressure washers using the GX390 are necessarily built with the pressure release that yours has.

Another major factor is wear and tear. Roads in that area are mountainous and TERRIBLE!

Asphalt is probably something you should avoid inside a shop building. Solvents and gasoline will eat depressions in your asphalt. It makes for an eventual very messy floor.

I have used Corrosion X, as well as all the others. Kano Kroil is truly the BEST! Transmission fluid mixed 50/50 with acetone is almost equal to Kroil.

Red GX390 is a top quality Honda (black Hondas are cheaper version) GX390 is great engine...I have one.

Add the concrete after the build, when you feel that you can afford it. Cost will be higher but not crazy higher.

Which "Honda engine" do you have? Is the engine color black or red?

Liquid Wrench is often OK on the easier ones, but Kano Kroil will do the tougher ones.

If you can remove the entire hitch from the vehicle, stand the assembly upright, and spray with Kroil every day or two, you will eventually be able to get the hitch assembly apart. You will first need to remove all the wax you have tried.

2 years ago, I had Inland Marine coverage in MA, for my 32K valued L48TLB, on a $4,500 valued trailer, for $500 per year. I no longer need trailering coverage, so my USAA policy covers my machine , which now stays only on my property.

It would be great if Project Farm would do that, but I wonder what oil parameters he would have the capability to test .

Your agent is WRONG! I do NOT have a business, and do have Inland Marine insurance. It is a personal single item (tractor) policy. It is available for construction and farm machinery. A personal tractor can be considered either or both!

EA's extra distance charges are usually very reasonable.

For what it is worth: putting fine garden lime on the roof will kill the moss, but it takes time, and may require several applications.

I have the stock swivel seat on my 2006 Kubota L48 TLB. Seat locks firmly in place, never wiggles!

My locking levers are (after market) hydraulically actuated. Can't be moved manually or by branches.

Over my 33 years of civilian employment, I don't think I ever saw a percentage even approaching 20% jerks, among the thousands of employees I worked with. Some had differing viewpoints from time to time, but were not necessarily jerks!

My 3400 was a low time 1970 model TLB. Sold it to buy a very low time 2006 Kubota L48 TLB. Kinda wish I had not done so. The Kubota is nice, but I actually miss the old (gas) 3400 Ford.

Many folks (myself included) have more than one tractor, and always have pallet forks attached. Forks are my most frequently used attachment. 11' dig sub frame backhoe is 2nd most frequently used.

When you drill the center of the broken bolt out, with a left hand bit, you are simultaneously attempting to turn the bolt out while drilling. It frequently works,....particularly if the LH drill bit is sized properly to remove most of the broken bolt diameter.

Use a left hand drill bit before trying the extractor! Many times the left hand drill bit itself will remove the snapped off bolt.

Just replace the original grade 2 (junk) bolts with grade 5. Grade 8 for this application is not a good idea.

A 20 ton press is not that big, and it is cheap. Just put it along a wall, or in a corner, and stack other stuff around it. It is not an item you will use every day, but when you need it there is nothing else that will do the job.

There is NOBODY quite like Messick's! They are the absolute best!

I put Air Lift air bag shocks on the 454 V-8 Suburban. Easy to install, and made a big towing difference.

Rural Maine is reasonably good.

I towed my Ford 3400 TLB from MA to Nova Scotia and back, as well as towing my L48TLB 350 miles from Maine to MA., with the 2500 Suburban. Either machine with trailer, weighed 12,000 lbs. Not recommended, but no problems,...... definitely don't tailgate!

My son has a topper on the F-150, and tows a 16' cargo work trailer, so everything is rain protected and locked up. His cargo trailer has serious locks, but was broken into while parked over a holiday weekend, with thousands of dollars of power tools stolen.

It is such a nice vehicle! In many ways, I like it better than my Mercedes E-350, though they are obviously very different. At 80, I just don't have a need for a Suburban any longer. One son already has a nice Suburban, and the other is an F-150 guy, or I would give it to either of them.

On average, I only use my Jeep for 500 miles each year. The 34 year old jeep has a crappy repair reputation....but with the 5 spd. it is fun. My Kubota L48TLB HST gets less than 20 hours per year, but compared to the Jeep it is a fine piece of machinery.
