Part way between on and crank you can hold the key to light the yellow glow plug indicator. You control the time by holding the key in the position. I do 5-10 sec depending on outside temps. There is no auto flow plug setting

You can access the front hitch with the V-plow off for the summer but the access is cramped to place your hitch pin. You may also have to “adjust” the placement of the hitch pin for your winch because it looks like the depth of the front hitch pin receiver placement is not standard - I have had...

The casters are fantastic for being able to roll the plow anywhere you need it in storage off season. The poly edge is great but not poly... it is a hard rubber about 3/4” thick but works great to prevent damage to asphalt surfaces. Everything else is not needed

Here is the key sequence to enter the control panel setup. It does not say anything about controlling the service hours display so if you cannot change it here then it must be an internal parameter that can only be controlled by service with their PC software. Let us know if this has any impact...

Or simply your tie rod ends. Not sure why but when Toolcat tie rods get stressed they break allowing the rod down shaft to swivel / move in the rod end. This gives you about 1-2" of play in a wheel. Has anyone else noticed this failure mode?
