Power is .7 of a mile away and I'm told not cost effective to bring in.. So it would be off-grid. Most camps pound in a sand point down and get water what I could call "a shallow" well. The hill this camp is built on seems to be a ancient sand dune.

1780 is the highest elevation I note near this property but its not far from Mount Arvon at 1,979 feet which is the highest in the the state. It is rough, hilly country that my lame photos can not capture.

I used choker chains with utv's for years. Liked them much and carry one in the 6x6 we have today. Not sure of its weight but might be 5/16 or 3/8 chain. Lighter than most used with tractors or trucks.

I traded in a 2017 Tacoma in 2019 for a Ranger. That was shortest time I have ever owned a vehical for. Still drive that ford today and I rolled over 65K with it. Would buy another but no more toys here.
