    IH 5288 pto speeds

    I am looking into upgrading my ih 1586 to a 52 or 5488 but I see that the 88s have only 1000rpm pto. Is there an easy conversion that can be made or something? Most of my stuff is 1000 rpm but gotta have 540 for a thing or two. 5088s have dual pto but I think i would like a bigger size tractor
