Pretty productive day, by my standards, anyway. I took the dogs for a walk, between snow squalls. I got a bit done at the wife's shop, then back home. Tomorrow is lunch with the olde guys, then more work at the shop. Have a good one!!

I had it when I was young. I changed my diet to always include fruits, apples, oats, and lots of green stuff. I still eat meat, basically, anything I want, but I always eat some fiber sometime during the day. Moderation in all things....
