It's normal. There are lots of variables involved, which may require non-symmetrical pinning of the stabilizers to get the implement centered.

I don't think so. OBD II is for automobiles. Tractors are different- each manufacturer has proprietary codes. In many cases, only the dealership can plug and read the codes.
