I would be very cautious here. I suspect the 850's engine may not be able to withstand the added stress of turbocharging. I'd find a good JD or Yanmar mechanic to talk to first.

Salt problems deep inside a piece of equipment can be from being trailered and all the spray it is subjected to. FYI

I had a GM engine failure and replaced it with a Jasper. I never regretted the choice and the piece of mind that came with the Jasper name was reassuring.

The Curt looks like a solid unit. I was impressed with the embedded video at the site you linked us to. That is one of the better videos on WD hitch set ups that I have seen. Attention to those measurements are key to proper handling and ride going down the road.:thumbsup:

A good reason for more propane being used for corn drying, was because of a high yield in a lot of areas. More corn - more gas to dry it all, just that simple. The biggest factor this year is the severe cold. More cold - more gas to keep us warm, just that simple.

According to Trailer Life's 2013 Towing Guide, Ford F-150 crew cab has the highest rating this year.

Be sure to check the Sub Frame Lock Out (page 17 in MMM manual). This two position , spring loaded bracket is used to isolate the underbody mid mount brackets from moving when the 3 point is in use. I lock mine out whenever the mower is off so I wont snag the lift arms on any brush etc. Good Luck:)

A tractor of the size you are talking will do OK as a loader even in 2wd. The important element is rear weight. If you have loaded rear tires and/or balast weight, 2wd can do fine as a loader. Be sure when you shop for the FEL that you don't go so large that you overload the front end...

The "Legendary Farm Tractors" said only 125 were sold so they are really rare. Despite the fact that they were advanced in style, they were "Old Fashioned" in features such as no belt PTO and no hydraulics. Most important they had no springs so the ride was harsh on the roads.

The receiver hitch is far more versitile and once it's installed (frame mounted or 3 point) no tools are required to change from ball to drawbar or any other special type of hitch. As with all attachments, you must understand limits and safety requirements.

Our well does this when the return rate (fill rate) on the well goes down. This happens most commonly when our weather has us in near drought. It always refills eventually, just not fast enough to keep up with heavy draw. You might want to check the return rate of the well.

Check for proper ground connection.

Check for water in your filter unit on the left side of engine. Follow manual for dumping if water is seen in bottom. How new is your fuel? Do you use an additive? How full is your tank and could you have condensation in there? Most important, call the dealer first thing Monday. Good luck.

I agree with CNC that two step ramps would be best. Save your blocking for use as wheel chocks, they are handy to have around too. (I don't believe and manual transmisson would have made any difference.)

I have the unit like Geneha's. (above) Mine came from Skid Steer Express and included a clevis as well as the 2 ball hitches. It cost me about $88 delivered. Very handy!

My experience has been that turf tires are going to give you better bite in the snow than Ag would. The other factor is the ride quality that you are looking for and again, the Ag tire would be more harsh on your back. Weight is going to be your friend in this case. Be sure you have enough...

I have checked the entire lable on my bottle of suppliment and find no such advisement. Mine is in all english, so perhaps your's is labled in accordance with Canada's regulations. Our school bus garage uses the same suppliment and the mechanics know of of no shelf life for Diesel Fuel...

Are the lift arms pinned to limit side drift? Also, is the top link vibrating and turning outward creating more rear down pressure. You may need a stop nut on the third (top) link. Just a couple of thoughts.

I like the disk idea too. It would be more forgiving of tree or shrub roots that were left behind by the ratchet rake.

I drive a two wheel drive version of the TN65 at work and it has been the same way since the day we took delivery. I guess it's just not meant to do hills in high gear. It's a good loader tractor otherwise.:rolleyes:

One of our local small engine repair services says that any gas with ethanol should be treated. Either Stabil or one of the others designed for this use. The treatment helps prevent the "goo" or "gel" that plugs the carbs and fuel systems. My small mower and saw are running fine with this mix.
