that's a good project , what i used was a fiberglass cover for a chevy truck 6 ft bed a couple of 2 inch muffler pipes with 45 % bends and the frame rails for a old twin size bed . to keep Cool I used a 12 volt radiator fan for a Chevy Lumina . just some other idea's for you all .

sounds like you need to take the time and set you up a welding area and stop doing the half @ss setup you been doing , you need good lighting then set up the lights as well as a welding table . you get out what you put in invest in yourself .

changed oil & the hydraulic filter , used Wix filters on the XG3025 has 265 hrs now , will be grading the drive way and spraying later on this week little Blue has been a good investment .

Here's the cart that i went with for the Prime welder , a Harbour freight cart for $54.00 on sale . turned out ok for my needs , main thing is nothings sticks out past the sides to get caught on etc.. the top square tubes over the welder was from a old BBQ grill that i saved the tubes from .

I agree get a welder and weld one up , mine is out of 4x4 angle with one inch steel legs that i can pen at different heights . thats 900 lbs of concrete that i use for the winter months .
