    Ceramic coating for mower deck

Very cool idea! My only negative thought on such a great way to seal the metal from the moist grass is IF you get a crack in the ceramic then moisture gets behind it. It may stay wet under there a long time causing hidden rust issues. I do like the idea of not hoisting and crawling under the...

    Plowed Snow - Yanmar Content

Im not sure where you live, but it appears you dont stay below freezing all winter long. Floating the tractor arms when the ground isn't frozen will result in rolling up dirt. With your ground soft and only an inch or two of snow, you might better off backblading the driveway. The plow wont Dig.

Wierd for me. Just a little south and the typical Lake Affect snow stayed abnormally north. Summit is usually right in the tracking. I see on your assembly, the Pats slide into your arms. Your arms have a sleeve to accept them. What i have seen are the Pats that straddle over the existing arm with hole and bushing. I believe that's why the guy on the video talked about rotation.

2024 Yanmar YT359c w/ Euro Link Hook Ends

Looking at the video i watched, they appear the same. The issue was that it was very hard to keep the Pats from rotating since they are bolted on. Also, the Pats added more length to the arms. Probably never sn issue, but its a point.

    L3540 counterbalance, what manual say?

THANK YOU! That is exactly how i see it. I am getting flack on another forum. I say the weighting of the rear is for stability. Keeping the rear firmly on the ground. They say you must use the 3pt hitch for counter weight of the front axle. Using the rear axle as a folcrum point.

    L3540 counterbalance, what manual say?

Please, don't comment on what you do or whst other manuals state. Does, anywhere, in the manual for Kubota L3540 read that you need to put a weight box on the 3pt hitch to use the FEL? No manual in hand, trying to see what the manual, for this tractor literally says about this. Thanks

I agree. In the middle of Winter, when temps are in the single digits, the snow does have a bit more stick. Plowing hilly driveways with 12" plus snow you need, at, least, front chains on a 4wd tractor to get tractor and steering. With front chains on a 3000 series kubota, my son could...

You may find a garlic grower in your area with some of last year's bulbs. The new garlic was harvested about two weeks ago. So late years leftovers might very cheap as the garlic starts to get green sprouts inside each clove. No one really wants them for cooking.

Well, we grow 100s of bulbs, Vietnamese red, German red, musik, kuty, etc. For an acre of land, you probably need 20 bulbs(3 lbsish). Chop into 1/4" chunks. It worked at my first house and now we always surround the perimeter of the garden with it, pre season. Funny how people pay...

Groundsmaster 52 runs 10 minutes, then dies

Here's what I'm thinking... It happened to me on two machines. Look at the rubber needle valve seat in the carburetor. On one engine, the hole in the seat was slightly misshaped. This caused the fuel to run into the bowl very slowly. So the engine would start and run fine. The bowl couldn't...
