I have bent the frame of my box blade by pushing a too big tree trunk. Box blade is designed to pull / push with the bottom edge, NOT the top which was where that big round was touching since I wanted it to roll not skid.

As others have said with more words, concrete floors have a very slow heat transfer rate to objects in the room and anything on the floor will insulate that warm floor from the stuff in the room. Concrete is VERY unresponsive to rapid temperature change.

When a lead acid battery is completely discharged it may be able to be recharged, but you will loos some of it's capacity (CCA & reserve). So it will probability work but if you ever needed ALL the CCA in the winter you should either replace it or be prepared to jump it whenever it gets cold...

I'm gonna side with wind damage. If you look at the pictures those clay tiles are laid so that the water runs off , they are not very wind resistant. If the nails get loose and the wind comes right at them they can lift up like you see in row on the right side.

5W30 means it's the same as 5 viscosity when it's cold and the 30 means it's the same viscosity (thickness) as 30 when it gets hot. Jet engines can ONLY run synthetic as the normal oil operating temp is around 500 F.

I've used these for several years. I have two bought one, found one on the highway. That one needed some work, repaired the cuts with a plastic welder the fuel valve assembly spent $15 on parts from SureCan. Lower $ if direct from company too.

I don't think I'd tack it on other than to make sure of fitment before I did a full weld. I believe that the point forces on the tacks might get a bit high, but if it cracks you can always redo the weld as long as something doesn't bend.

I've never had my own chipper, so I'm new to this stuff. Don't you have to remove the blades to sharpen them? If you remove the blades, how do you know what gap to leave? I guess I'll find out.

I will definitely keep an eye on the edge. I don't have any idea at this time how big of a PITA it will be to adjust the clearance though. I watched a video on an arborist web site that claimed a 39 degree angle on the blades was better and lasted longer. Any body have any experience with this?
