Sine wave Inverter type back up generator for well pump.?

Got the following from SHEDHEADS Power Quality One of the problems with more inexpensive generators is that the power isn’t always great. Under load, the sine wave of AC power tends to distort. But the Honda eu7000is is capable of producing a very clean sine wave. The total harmonic distortion...

Sine wave Inverter type back up generator for well pump.?

The question mark is the use of a 120V mode vs 240V mode where you can get up to 30A (fused) on a single output if that's what you need. You are however limited to 45.8 amps total when using both 30A outputs at the same time. The 30 amp limit and fuse is due to the 30A connector rating itself...

I agree, the documentation could be better. I actually bought this filter from Rural King for ~$36 but when I tried to install it I found it didn't fit. T494 HST Filter

The original HST filter was 15532302100 and its mounted vertically but newer models use 19265154110 which is mounted horizontally. I wonder if they changed that because the vertically mounted filter was hanging too low and could get damaged easier.

The [WD-724/6] Mann and Hummel Hydraulic Transmission Filter is what TYM put on my tractor so I feel confident and it would pass the warranty issue. Was the T494 ever a Branson badged version or just TYM?

    T494 HST Filter

That's the T/M SUCTION FILTER ELEMENT or Hydraulic filter. I bought that also local for ~$49 at Rural King. I need the HST filter 9265154110. My tractor came with [WD-724/6] Mann and Hummel Hydraulic Transmission Filter from the factory. I ordered this for ~$14 each + shipping.

Would you pay $1,500 for 14% more HP?

I agree with ~12" being a safe max for a stump bucket. Anything bigger I call in the dozer. Getting all those meaty roots first is the key to success. If your tractor can't handle that its not a tractor.
  24. TN8Man

Would you pay $1,500 for 14% more HP?

My dealer told me some of those TYM Branson models will be discontinued. The OP should ask his dealer about it. I wouldn't want a model that is going to be discontinued.
  25. TN8Man

Would you pay $1,500 for 14% more HP?

That's why I have a dump trailer and the local landfill is free. I don't do burn piles anymore. I do still stump grind if I know a stump left underground won't be a future problem. I will also hire a local dozer guy to push over the big trees for me.
  26. TN8Man

Would you pay $1,500 for 14% more HP?

The dealer I purchased from also suggested swapping the rear tires/rims to get a wider footprint which they did. My T494 is more stable on hills than my NX50 Kioti and I don't even get close to that feeling I'm near the tipping point but then again I don't put the tractor in a position to get close.
  27. TN8Man

Would you pay $1,500 for 14% more HP?

I always wondered why they called it two-footitis. I went from a 18' to a 24' and then looked at over 30'. Two feet is just not enough for most boaters. But as you get older the downsizing starts. Now we are happy with the pontoon.
  28. TN8Man

Would you pay $1,500 for 14% more HP?

Yes, the rear tires have liquid ballast. My slopes are such that I could roll if I'm not careful. I mow straight up and back down the hills. I also got a Inclinometer to help keep an eye on it.
  29. TN8Man

Would you pay $1,500 for 14% more HP?

I had this same option and I decided on the T494. I have hilly property, some fairly steep stuff that I mow. I also stump grind and just recently got a stump bucket which works great! 108. TN8Man

    Does a CAB hurt HP?

Yup... it can get hot and humid here but not as much as the deep south. Working in the heat/humidity can wear you out quicker and if you happen to run over a yellow jacket nest you just watch them knocking on the window.
  109. TN8Man

Not sure about the weight differences but for the T494 these are the spec numbers and the spec numbers are about equivalent to my Kioti NX5010 Cab.
  110. TN8Man

    Does a CAB hurt HP?

This is one of the reasons I picked the T494 over the T474. The T494 has corner windows that open where you can keep the cab from heating up without the AC on a cooler day. My NX50 has this and I open those windows in the spring and fall.

Is a subcompact under 25hp enough power?

Is a subcompact under 25hp engine enough power to maintain a under 15 acre property where the tasks are mowing w/ mid mower, finish mower, brush hogging, stump grinding, hole digging, box blade and typical loader work? I have owned a 35hp and 50hp so I'm a little uneasy getting a under 24hp.

Thanks The tractor I was looking at (Kioti CX2510 Cab) only had 24.5hp so 5hp loss would not be good.

Just looking at specs the TYM T25 is the best subcompact but some might argue it's more of a small compact tractor. I did fix my riding mower and realized the steering problem due to a bad part which is now replaced. This kind of raised my confidence a little in this mower. As a minimum I will...

My current list is the cs2520, CX2510 and TYM T25 with belly mowers and 3rd function. It's good to hear the two Kioti's have performed well for you. My first tractor was the Kioti 3510 which I never had a problem but my current NX5010 Cab has had issues and I might trade it in with this deal.
