Totally different engine, but I had a similar leak years ago that turned out to be a leaky gasket.

You might try a search for the manual here on the site. I think there are either links or the manual is available. I tried to upload my copy, but it is too big (even compressed) for the site.

I'm with pmsmechanic. I would ask the shop that did the work if there is a way to lower the pressure. I have a 135 and have always had problems with leaks. I have done several seal replacements and leaks persist. Others have reported similar experiences. I am resigned to just adding more fluid.

Would a regular pressure washer and some detergent like Dawn do the same thing or does it need to be hot water?

Unfortunately, this is not uncommon with many manuals. Try something ubiquitous like the owners manual for a car and then look at the shop manual and note the differences. I usually ask one of the mechanics or service managers at the auto place on the recommended procedures for the car or...

About 15 years ago I had the opportunity to by a MF FEL from a guy who had it on his 135. When I asked him why he was selling it, he showed me his tractor. The front end was bent pretty badly. Needless to say, I passed as I didn't want my 135 to look like his. Alan

To me that looks like 9A 121945. If that is correct, it is a 1971 model. Serial numbers for 71 went from 9A 107519 to 9A 128140 Alan

Could you post a picture of the serial number? Sometimes letters look like numbers and vice verse.

Fatdaddy, What Jethro posted is the same as mine except his engine is cleaner :) In his picture, the shutoff is on the right of the picture. You pull to shut off the flow and push to start the flow so you can start the engine.

My cutoff is on the left side and is a pull to cutoff, push to open
