Another picture of the ol' tractor ready for work. So far I was nothing but impressed by what the little guy could do last summer it more than paid for itself in the amount of dirt I moved with the box blade and grader blade. Leveled out alot of area and about to start back to work on it again...

Got the ol mower back together today and tried it out so far it works like new and is very much quieter than before I can actually hear my tractor running now so I am ready for mowing season. Dave

Got started on the spindles this weekend I got them removed and the old bearings pressed out. I installed one set of bearing races but still have the other set to go. Then press everything back in. Here are a few photos. Dave

Got back on the mower the last two weeks and got the bushings and pulleys off, plan is this weekend to press off the bearings and reinstall new bearings and seals and reinstall. Dave

Got my parts ordered finally and picked up some grease today so I should be getting it back in shape soon. Dave

Haven't got to work on the mower lately I got put on 7/12.5 hour days at work and haven't had a day off to work on it any. Hopefully I will be able to get back on it in November. Dave

Got the mower hooked up today and it was quieter but still louder than I think it should be so I think I will change out the other two sets of bearings and see if that helps. Dave

Been hoping for rain and it came today so I wasn't able to hook up the mower without making a mess of the grass so I will give it a day or so to dry out. Dave

Got everything back together over the weekend after breaking another temporary bolt off in the pulley and having to remove the pulley back off and get it out. Also drilled out the other broken one before that. I think it's ready to go now so hopefully tomorrow after work I can try it out. I'll...

I got it back together and am waiting on the top seal to come in because I damaged one. Dave

Been working on my mower for a few weeks it had a bad bearing due to the previous owner running over poly twine continuously. And it got into the bearings. Here is some photos of what I found. Dave

Got a coat of primer on the mower today and ran my blade for awhile on a ditch I'm building. Dave

Spent the afternoon sharpening finish mower blades and getting the bottom ready for a primer coating to prevent rust. Going to primer the bottom tomorrow and grease everything up for mow day on Friday. Dave

It has been running a standard finish mower and I was told the 1501 was the gray version of the 185 but they may have told me wrong the Kubota dealer said they could get parts for me so that's good anyway. I appreciate the info and any help I am learning about it as I go. thanks Dave
