    General thoughts on the 2515h?

I was well within mine. Not sure about everyone else. Seems to happen more when the pistons are fully extended which makes sense as that is when they are their weakest.

    General thoughts on the 2515h?

I see bent hydraulics all over on the branson Facebook page. It's a common problem across many brands these days....cheap metal.

    General thoughts on the 2515h?

This is my second Branson. I called the dealer that I bought my first tractor from and they were awesome. The dealer submitted a warranty claim on the curl hydraulics and was able to get a new pair no charge and I was out of warranty a few months, loader is only covered for 1 year. I had to...

    General thoughts on the 2515h?

I just finished my 2nd year of owning my 2515H. I have approximately 160 HRS on my machine. I ditched my 60 inch finish mower for a zero turn so I don't use my PTO unless I'm using my 4 FT bush hog. The PTO power sucks unless you mow in low and go slow. I have found the loader hydraulics are...

    2515H Bent Loader hydraulics

I got the name of the aftermarket hydraulics wrong its called Chief LD. Here is the spec sheet. I actually found them cheaper on Farm and ranch depot. Around $575 shipped. My replacement stock cylinders will be here tomorrow so I am going to put those on the tractor for now to get back up and...

    2515H Bent Loader hydraulics

OK I have an update, kinda long but it has a good ending. I got froggy did some more searching online and came across a company called Northern Hydraulic. I spoke with their customer service / Sales dept.... very nice, eager to help, and knowledgeable guys. Northern Hydraulic is a reseller for...

    2515H Bent Loader hydraulics

No. I am going to assume any operation at this point. I went into the weekend knowing these cylinders are prone to bending and used as much caution as one could while not being to hard on the tractor and trying to use it for what it's made for. I didn't try any hero stuff or hey look what my...

    2515H Bent Loader hydraulics

Update: The link I gave to the aftermarket cylinder is out of stock with no shipments in the near future. Reed and Reed is closed today so I called Mathis Tractor in Rome GA, great folks by the way, spoke with Robin at the parts counter. She is going to run these by the warranty department to...

    Stump bucket recommendations

Everything Attachments unit here. Great build quality from the folks up in Indiana. For the price it's pretty heavy duty. I bought the standard duty version and it's comparable to the Titan heavy duty model with the bucket teeth on the end.

    2515H Bent Loader hydraulics

Cylinder. I was helping a buddy clear brush and trees for a new driveway. I am aware of the hazards involved when using a grapple. I probably side loaded the grapple with a tree and bent it. I kept working till the cylinder just pooped out and puked its guts out. I noticed branson did add some...

    2515H Bent Loader hydraulics

Was doing some grapple work today and bent a loader hydraulic for the tilt function. Is there any company out there that sells an upgraded set for these tractors. I am aware the BL150 loader is more prone to bending than others and I don't want to take the chance of bending another one and being...

    Branson 2515H tractor

My experience with Branson and warranty issues has been exceptional. On my old 2400H I had a front steering hydraulic start leaking past the 2 year warranty and they sent me a new one to my home to replace myself, no charge. The second issue I had was my hydro pedals were sticking. There was a...

    Branson 2515H tractor

If your just doing loader work and have time to kill it's fine. Range C is useless, PTO HP is weak, and it's a thirsty pig when your actually working the motor. The only gear that is worth working in is low gear. I burn 3/4 of a tank finish mowing my lawn with a 60 inch 3 pt setup on about 2...

    2515 HP Gain

I mow approx. 2 acres on one side and 6 acres on the other side. I hire a mowing service for most of the park but take care of the septic fields with the finish mower and brush hog. The finish mower is 60 inches and the brush hog is a 4 foot unit. I'd pay my mowing service to cut the septic...

    2515 HP Gain

Let me ask this. I own a mobile home park with 10 acres. I use this tractor like a swiss army knife for many applications. The PTO is only used for finish mowing and brush hogging. Would switching to a flail mower help with my HP requirements vs. making a tractor change? I've read that a Flail...

    2515 HP Gain

Wow! Great work and detail. Does the extension handle slide over the existing 3 point handle and hold with a set screw?

    2515 HP Gain

10-4 on the simplicity of these tractors. I drove a Kioti CK4010SE CAB the other day, nice tractor but something seemed off about the durability. Seems cheaply made compared to the Branson. Kioti at least has nice ergonomics and button placement. I'd love to see how you setup your 3 point...

    2515 HP Gain

I did get the memo from Branson for the 2400H and talked to the dealer. Dealer told me to leave it alone as it would detune my motor. I will say it was a beast of a little tractor. I'd probably still have it if it didn't have a pin on bucket and didn't cost an arm and a leg to convert to a quick...

    2515 HP Gain

PTSG, thanks for the reply. I agree going up in weight requires more HP to get the Hydrostat drive working and takes away from the PTO output when using both. I guess my expectations were about the same with the 2400H. I totally get the warranty thing too. I have tried to follow up with other...

    2515 HP Gain

Long time looker, first time posting. I have been a Branson owner for 5 years. Sold my 2400H for a 2515H. The 2400H handled my 60 inch finish mower and 4 ft brush hog just fine in high gear. I bought this 2515h as an upgrade for more lifting capacity and stability. When I use the finish mower or...
