NealinVA, Mine does the same thing. I have messed with the clutch but I think the PTO clutch plate is stuck together. What I did was remove the PTO safety switch on the lever. now I just turn the tractor off, engage the PTO and start the tractor. It's not right but it works and you wont grind...

fixed my fuel tank leak with a plastic weld kit. previous owner put epoxy or something but didn't work. first time I've filled the tank since I bought it. rotated my exhaust so it's not blowing dirt up anymore. I don't know why they would have the exhaust pointing to the ground in the first place.

Things have changed since this tractor was built. Normally I would agree, but now that they have a Cummins in them and TYM owns them. I think they are better. Plus it's is really hard to beat the price on a new one vs the others. and a 6 year warranty He could sell his tractor for 8 to 10 or so...

It was just a local hydraulic shop. Most of them should be able to do it though.

it's hard to see but there is a little clip on the insides. its just a round circle clip. you pull that out then push the cylinder that way and it will come out.

I just had my cylinder rebuilt and all the power steering lines replaced including one loader line for 300 even. I think there are c clips on each end that hold metal retainer in place the the seal will slide out.

Got the alternator in and works great. 13.3 volts at idle. Got electric trench done as well.

That box on the bottom of the column is your power steering valve box. The power steering pump is on the motor facing forward. and the rear ward facing pump is for your loader and 3pt hydraulics. If its the same as mine the pumps are close to the bottom of the engine at the front on the left...

From what I understand, is these are not torque to yield bolts. If you have something that says other wise i will get new ones. But I believe most diesel engines don’t use those. Not blocked at all. Just a 4x4 post run up it.
