Not sure if the GM oil 0w-40 is a fix or just a band-aid or not, but that's what engineers are for. I only use synthetic in everything I own... been doing that for decades! started way back when our vehicle sat outside in very cold weather... engine just cranks faster with synthetic.

Linkage is OK and pushes switch fully... just haven't got around to replacing switch yet!

Just search MSDS to see what's in seafoam for % of alcohol, or other products. I'm retired(2015) now from VW and Techron was choice for cleaning injectors and for "some" running issues like misfire VW would even pay for under the warranty claim. Techron does well when used regularly as stated.

I used this Fusor product, which is what autobody shops for repairing bumpers and like materials. MY BX2350 hood cracked, the rear is my mistake. Requires "plastic like" mesh and primer. Can also been sanded and painted. Repair is about 1year old. Should be found at body supply shops.

Found today gear-oil was very low. That said looks like from shaft/seal for MMM but I've cleaned and need to run to verify in day or so. Until then anyone been down this road and doesn't look like something I can do? Anyone pay to have this done and how much at dealer. thanks

Final question, I think. Dealer quote list 2 HST filters as HHTA0-59900 and HHTA0-37710 which visibly they look the same. I presume once I get them off should be easy which one goes where and maybe even have part number on old filters.

I got the owners/operators manual and other than basic checks and greasing fittings only calls for engine and HST change along with filters. Manual also calls for Super UDT, but written quote from dealer lists UDTB "B" for bulk. I'm going to suggest OEM filters and TSC, Rotella T4 or T5...

I'm going to help a friend do the 50hr service MX5400-HST and looks like going to need about 12gal. Beside Kubota oil, since tractor supply is close are any of their gear oil meet or exceed the Kubota spec? In my area dealer wants $264 whereas TSC is just over $100. thanks

OK I found some chains when we had a motorhome to tow the car behind. I'm thinking of 3 DOT approved ratchet straps 2 for rear and 1 for front along with chain front and rear. How's this sound?? Also what's thoughts on this type of strap end which would match the trailer attachment area.
