BX25(2014) neutral switch help

I need to wiggle pedal several times to get engine to crank. Switch isn't loose and adjustment is OK... that said any tips/tricks to replacement?

I'd guess there is minor bind in the linkage preventing the pedal from returning to neutral. Cross Shaft or Treadle mount are likely culprits.
No help on replacing switch, I have 4500+ hours on my bx2200 and that switch has never failed. Plenty of other things wore out...

If you can get to the switch try spraying some contact cleaner into it - like along the little moving shaft. Work it a few times. This may or may not solve your problem.

Isn't there a grease fitting under the floor mat for the travel pedal?

I've replaced the switch twice on my BX22 over the nearly 22 years I've owned it...weather does get to them. It's not a super difficult job.

Linkage is OK and pushes switch fully... just haven't got around to replacing switch yet!

Eagle1... You have 4,500 hours on your bx2200... thats amazing but then again I guess not. I've seen some farm tractors with a lot.

Hard hours and it's taken everything I did to it. Still use it almost daily, after 24 years it deserves some respect. Never been to dealer for anything in that time.
It did finally get a bigger brother to take some of the heavier loads.

On our HST, the treadle pedal controls the HST pump, but also has a control cable going to a drum which advances the throttle so you get more HP as the treadle pedal is advanced. That control cable broke, which meant that when the pedal was advanced, the RPM stayed at idle. The cable looked OK, but wasn't pulling on the drum because it had broken inside the cable cover. Simple job to fix.
