Overall length and height needed for shed design

I am trying to design a shed to cover up my tractor that is out at my off grid property. Anybody know the length needed to park a 3520 with FEL and Box blade attached? Also anyone have any good ideas for an economical shed that will work? I am planning on squeezing it in an 8' by 16' lean to...

Made a skid plate for my 3520H today

I've got my tractor out at my off-grid property doing some land clearing and I have managed to rip off the hydraulic filter and yesterday i pulled the fuel line off the tank...so today I made a skid plate out of wood. I don't have any metal working tools here and I figure the plywood I used...

    Broken hydraulic filter housing

Your not imagining things lol, here are the other photo's from the other post plus one more for good measure. I am planning on buying a replacement part. I am not against doing a repair either, but those type options are always plan B.

Branson 3520 Hydraulic Filter Housing Broken

I was able to remove the housing pretty easily. Not sure how much fluid I lost or even how much is supposed to be in the machine. The owners manual doesn't have that information in the specifications that I could find. I am just wondering what that thing is going to cost...not much to it really.

    Broken hydraulic filter housing

I am wondering if anyone else managed to break off their hydraulic filter like I did. If so, how much am I looking at for the new housing? While I am on the subject, has anyone built a skid plate for their Branson? Mine is a 3520H.

Branson 3520 Hydraulic Filter Housing Broken

I managed to break off my hydraulic filter housing this weekend. Has anyone else done anything like this with their Branson Tractor? Also has anyone looked into building a skid plate for them?

    08 MX5100, FEL, 5'rotary cutter, 16' trailer, F250

Trying to sell my setup mentioned above for 22,000. I think it is a very good price, but have been getting a lot of folks saying it is too expensive for them. The tractor has 83 hours and in good shape. I just redecked the trailer with Pressure treated lumber last weekend, and the F250...

    Digging a swimming pool...?

I am curious if anyone has attempted to dig a swimming pool using an attached BH to their tractor. I have a MX5100 Kubota and the BH90 would be the backhoe I would use. I have looked at the specs and it says it can dig up to 9 ft deep which would be more than enough to install the pool I am...

    Draft Control

I see a lot of discussion on TBN about draft control for the boxblade...or whatever implement. I use a MX5100 kubota and have never seen the issues mentioned in some other posts about the boxblade digging in when the front end rides up on a bump, or dropping a load of dirt when the front end...

    Storm Shelter

I am slowly but surely working on a storm shelter. I bought a Conex box and put it about 3 feet in the ground and covered the sides with the dirt I dug out of the hole. We plan to somewhat finish the inside with a small kitchen, a section with a couch and table, and several fold down cots in the...

    Ran My MX5100 almost hot...

I was pushing some underbrush with my FEL a few days ago and managed to knock my fan blade belt off with a limb. I am not sure how long it was off but I noticed it right before the temp gauge went into the red side . Do you guys think I will be alright? I let ole Bota cool all the way...

    Trailer Sway

I use a big tex 60CH car hauler to pull my Kubota MX5100 doing odd jobs around my area. My problem is I can't seem to get over 55mph before the thing starts swaying side to side. I was curious if I upgraded the tires to a higher load rating if it would help with the swaying problems? Have any...
