neojunk 3120 8120 carb kit in their H carbs are horrible. I swear the pump dia in this is double the thickness and and stiff like a kit been run on emix Just smh again this morning checking out the kit the new carb came with.

No wonder folks have issues with neojunk clone carbs. Brand new carb and the diaphragm is stiff from get go. Never had mix across it or installed yet. It’s not even close to being pliable for pumping like Tillotson kit. Inside round metal piece was bent alittle too.

Checking out the neojunk clone H side carb for 3120. Never put it on saw and pump diaphragm feels like one I would replace when stiff. Reason why a bunch of us swore off on this clone maker. They are way behind. Farmertec non H carb works great. These neojunk ones are hit and miss.

Cleaning the echo 3510 I rebuilt carb on to give to dad for a gift. Found a security tag on it still.

Whats funny that was my VM I popped the center on. Only 1 of their clamp deals out of 3 like he shows on FT one. It ever gets new echo line wont be any hopefully.

I'd still be changing tank vent to see if that. Letting pressure build up and push through. Only a few bucks or 10 afm ones for 8. Also check line fittings undo and back together where seeing leaks.

I would start at checking or replacing tank vent and go from there. Easy peasy, get into trouble shooting mode. Your not the first and wont be the last either, it happens oem and afm. I use those echo style tank vents everywhere I can. I've seen a fulcrum needle seat let mix by and flood...

You will see your fuel lines and tank vent under there. Here I popped one for ya. Just follow your lines looking for leak.

I have firewood guy that actually brings in his stretched chain and I cut and mend taken one drive link out for him. After I inspect chain and make sure it is still safe and no worn areas that might break. Case in point one that come in for sharpening. Wasnt even his chain another guys...

OEM 2511 no doubt left there. Egan 1st and PSS V2 2nd.

I cant find my times wrote down. But the Egan pipe on oem was in the high 8's. So almost 2 seconds faster then Farmertec clone 2511 that isnt broken in yet.

This one come in a farmer was using. File till they break off in cut.

Farmertec 2511 clone muffler test. PSS V2 was best. PSS V2, Egan and the clone open pipe muffler. I even put screen in on PSS V2 as I was going to leave it on the clone too.

Shows around 3pm this rain might slow up so I can film. 2511 muffler testing. Putting new loop on oem one first. Need to flip log around. Noticed to much variations in the end piece for first 3 mufflers if did 3 cuts each. Other end was close for way longer length.

See that o-ring in there. Thats what I did to tighten fit on the V-modest one. It fits against the O of the intake base that seem shorter.

Your other 25cc look like this? Those are a older design Zenoah did way back. Those were the first 25cc clones and like you said much heavier. Zenoah 2500 aka also done in many other names 2500. Was so glad to see them do the 25cc clones from echo 2511 instead. Much better saw then the rest.

I took them of the red epa stops off L H. They wouldnt let me get over 10.5K rpms on H side, as thats how they stop you from adjusting. Ran it fat long enough breaking in. Took red stops off and got full carb adjustment. Now I am at 12.5k I had it at 12.8K but was super hot and when cools off...

To tun the Egan pipe on a clone you need to trim your muffler cover. Guy that ported this one showed me what he did. Then mine on oem. Pipe was made for oem echo covers. OEM mufflers are stuffed up inside. IMHO it is not needed on these open clone mufflers with stock 9.97mm pipe already...

Yep but if compare the areas where they go made differently too. Air filter mounts. OEM deeper but not pulling apart to measure anything (if I recall right) v/s clones. Thats also why oem filters didnt work on the small mounts of clones. Why folks were rednecking big time.

Glad I’m doing this for myself voluntarily and not have to be doing this in the heat. Now to get little more time on the Farmertec G2511. Tuning for the muffler testing some day and getting more smoker apple wood ready.

Ya that why dont work. See how I done it to butt up against end of mount. Really wasnt needed on the Farmertec one. Even OEM lets fines by so may want to grease like I showed. I have to do stihl's same way.

Where did you try to put a o-ring? On my Farmertec one wasnt really needed honestly and just made it even more snug. Almost to much so. Grease outer only if that is wear you tried to put your oring. Need to match up right oring for sure to even work right.

I've used it on missing flocking on older NLA filters too. Works great. These are NOS flocked ones but to show.

When I ever do need filters. I am going to order the bigger oem mount like you and just go to oem filters. That way all on same page and easy to get. Scotty is only one I know of to get small filters from. Something I learned on NLA mesh filters. Just use Sealall for rips or gaps etc...

Make sure you trim oem gasket. Heat shield I would imagine too. If the ext outlet is size of new muffler.

If you read about sloppy air filters. It was probably the wrong size one put on it. OEM size is bigger and when the mold broke the clone companies put the oem size on which is wrong for clone saws. Why I showed all of this with the carb info in this thread earlier too.

When first got V-modest one way back and had 3/8LP with 12" Full tank as used weight.
