john deere 212

anyone ever changed pto on 212 to a after market pto

Got the right belt will not go on. I double checked the number its a JD belt number M44121. does any body know the proper way to install the belt? I found the arm tensioner with the two pulleys on it was bent some. I re bent it to what I think it should be. Does anybody have a good picture...

The belt from the PTO to the deck keeps getting thrown. I have an OEM Deere belt and appears to be routed correctly. Any ideas?
