So you can't really use one of these with telescoping 3pt lift arms right?

Im at 1000hr on my 17 xr4140. It's been a good machine overall. The biggest complaint I have is the stabilizer arms bend and break really easily. I would imagine they are designed to some degree....but im curious if anyone has upgraded them?
