zetor 8011

I need an operators manual for old ZETOR 8011, can you help me ?

I have a zetor 8011 that has gray smoke? Haven't found any antifreeze in the oil pan yet. The antifreeze seems to be going down, though. What is the most likely culprit? Head gasket or some type of a seal that would be a quicker fix. The tractor runs fine.

I have a Zetor 8011 and most of the time it is more difficult to get it out of gear than shifting in gear. On the go it shifts easier. Seems to me the clutch is not disengaging properly. Is it possible that the clutch "sticks" because of a wet friction plate? (oil) The adjustment seems fine. My...
