I have a zetor 8011 that has gray smoke? Haven't found any antifreeze in the oil pan yet. The antifreeze seems to be going down, though. What is the most likely culprit? Head gasket or some type of a seal that would be a quicker fix. The tractor runs fine.

Sounds like leaking head gasket. You may be able to actually smell the antifreeze in the smoke when it gets worse. Ken Sweet

Check the waterpump, if you have cab, check water hoses and heater. Radiator cap OK and of the right type? Any pressure in the cooling system?

Does the grey smoke go away or stay after warmup? There is an o ring at the bottom of the cylinder that is usually the problem when water goes in oil. I would look for a leak first then check the injectors before removing head gasket. Its uncommon to blow a head gasket. Can you smell diesel in the oil? Do you see a small amount of oil in the radiator?
