Here in texas it depends if you were approved on a consumer contract or business contract. Consumer contract there is no doc fee where as on business there is a $50.00 fee. Tractors don't have titles so they file a UCC1 with the state that costs $30.00. They do require insurance while it is financed and you can provide your own or purchase it thru KCC; it is very cheap. A $20,000 loan I think is only $12 - $15 per month. Other than that there is not any intrest charges as long as you make your monthly payment on time. There is no early payment fee either.

This is a great deal and makes it Cheaper to buy a new tractor than a used one.

The late fee is something like 3 bucks but they give you a grace period of several days past the due date before imposing the late charge.
Compare that with a credit card late charge of 39 dollars even if the payment's only 15 seconds late.

I have 15500 drawing well over 10 percent while I'm using Kubotas money.
In reality I'm making more money on Kubotas 15500 than they are.

Kubota put up the 15500 and I draw the interest - Ah such a sweet deal!
