Yeah, that is the truth, it will be ready Tuesday, but I don't have the time. We wish that we would have beat the price increase but oh well it is only money and this new house is going to kill me.

Great deal, don't regret the prices. In a little bit you'll be happy to use it and you'll have good use with the size of the place you are getting.
