Hey Guys, My issue with my Kioti CK30 is pretty much explained in the title. I've removed the self-centering device along with the spring-loaded doohickey next to it which helps a bit but definitely not the issue. The foot lever rotates two shafts extruding from the trans. The rear shaft seems to be ok -- because of a bit of play the shaft seems to move easily to move the tractor. Once the play is taken up and against resistance with the front shaft ( unknown to me what its purpose is), is where it seems to have the problem. I can take both hands and rock the foot lever, but the front shaft seems to be the culprit of too much resistance (if I use my foot to push the lever forward it will actually bend it). I've tried spraying lubricant but it doesn't help. Any other suggestions or ideas are much appreciated --Thanks!
