06 Massey PS1533 4wd power shuttle

First time buyer would like advice on this tractor.
I have done a little looking and I think this tractor will fill all my needs.
Would like to know of any issues or complaints and compare purchase price.

Includes 1525 FEL

2yr warranty with free pickup and delivery

Also is the turbocharged PS1540 worth $800 more?

Those look like excellent prices to me. I was quoted almost 2k more for a 1533 set up like yours. I never hear any complaints with this model. Looks like a great tractor to me.

I did talk to a friend that had purchased a larger 48 hp cab power shuttle from this same dealer recently. He loved the tractor but his complaints were that he found himself still clutching when wanting to move just a couple inches, like when hooking up attachment or doing FEL work he says the power shuttle lunges when engaged? Also he says that the clutch is giving him problems now (sticking when trying to depress) and he has to take it in for service.

I noticed that you are looking at several different tractors. Make sure you get in the seat of each one and test it out. Recently I was looking at all the tractors you are looking at, as well as the Case IH, and was not sure of which one to go with and the test drive sold me on the Case. Not saying that will happen to you, but you just may find someing you really like or really hate when you try them out for a while.

I have owned the 33-hp engine and now own the 40-hp turbo. For my uses, the $800 more for the turbo would be well worth it. If you have real grunt work to do it turbo engine is amazing.
