Well, you're in the ballpark, I'd say. B7800 won't drive any fence posts, but you can run a 5' bushhog with it or 6' finish mower. Great size for a 5' tiller. A loaded manure spreader would push it around pretty good unless you have a real small one and keep it on level ground. On the other hand, it's a real handy size for cleaning up in the barn and maneuvering inside.
Are you going to want to move any round bales? Any implements that might require hydraulic remotes? It's not a good fit for either of these needs.
30 HP minimum is a good target and good fit. I'd suggest R4 tires, not turf tires. Most are sold with R4 tires so that's probably what's on it. (?)
