I need a hydraulic or mechanical shear with a capacity of 10' x 10ga.
I've narrowed my search down to either of these two pexto shears. I cant tell if they are the exact same or which is newer.
This one is 6 hours from me and I can travel there to see it in operation. he will take $7000 for it and then I will have to pay for it to be shipped to my shop.

This one is much farther from me and I will not be able to see it in person before the purchase. They say it runs fine and I would have to take their word for it. I can probably get this shear for $5500.

I was burnt on a stomp shear before when the seller told me it worked and I found out after the purchase it in fact did not. Any advice on a purchase this large? This will be the most I've ever spent on a single used machinery. What things should I look for in a shear? I have only single phase electric but all shears of this size are 3 phase and I will have to run a phase converter.
