might suggest posting some pictures of property. so folks have an idea what you will be getting into.
for example
google your address. click on "earth" green icon. to show all the stuff.
print screen key (on keyboard)
open up paint (microsoft windows), mac has similar
go up to "Edit" -> paste
black out street names and like.

would suggest giving some extra details. such as.
how much pasture, how much is tillable (crops), how much around house to finish mow, how long the driveway is. how do you plan to deal with snow on driveway.
are you looking at pretty much DIY everything, with maybe some renting of equipment, or looking to higher the work out?
are you taking out a bunch of trees?
building any homes or sheds?
dealing with any ponds or lakes or streams?
how much of property is hills? what type of slopes / degrees are the slopes?
any live stock? horses, cows, pigs, chickens, etc...?
are you cash cropping / renting out tillable land?
=============
your in the "uth oh" stage. spend some extra time, looking through various things here on the forum. that you are wanting to do. and want to do in the future. so you have an idea of what it will all involve. so you are better prepared.
for example. some folks do not have much use for a backhoe, and will save up jobs, and rent a mini excavator or a larger excator for a week end warrior bashing.
some folks, need the backhoe, so they can deal with trees and root balls, and put in new eletrical, water lines, internet lines, gas lines, through property.
some folks have extra long drives and trails and need a better way to deal with snow.
some folks need extra width and fluid filled rear tires perhaps fronts as well.
some folks have a lot of "landscaping" things, retaining walls, flower beds, work around trees, culverts, watering system for yard, etc...
some folks just need to be able to maintain property, kept it mowed down, put in new fence on property lines, little odd jobs here and there, maintain driveway.

to note it smaller machines can do exactly what larger machines can do. just slower.
stay out of SCUT (sub compact utitly tractors) those are for city slickers. and those with small yards.
CUT (compact utility tractors) start around 30HP (grayish line) bare min i would suggest getting. this is to simply maintain property. and you will most likely abuse it to death, as it abuses you to death as well.
folks are suggesting the 50 to 60HP tractor. getting you in there. so you can get the jobs done with tractor and move onto something else, without spending most of your nights off work and weekends, just going at it trying to maintain it all with a smaller machine. granted it all takes time and money.
if you rented larger equipment, then a 40HP tractor more likely an option. larger enough and strong enough to keep you going. (assuming no major issues to above questions i asked abuot)
