100 hr oil/filter change 3525

TroyBoy $50 was hat to include the oil? Thats not as bad i thought it would cost. I'll probaley do the oil change this weekend.

3325:

I use a WIX 51515... same diameter, gasket, by-pass pressure, flow rate, and thread as WIX 51068. The 51515 is 0.85" longer than 51068, I have had no clearance problems due to the additional length.

WIX 51515 interchanges with NAPA Gold 1515, Motorcraft FL1A, Fram PH8A, etc...

Thanks Phil i take it the extra length is to provide more filtering? or just another good alternate source.

A bit more filter element, increases oil capacity a little, convenience of using the same filter on my 3325 and my old truck. (truck actually calls for 51068... same as my 3325)

I use the over-sized filter more for the slight increase in oil capacity, than anything else... price is the same.
