1042 Drive Belt

Can anyone give me instructions on how to tighten the drive belt on my 1042. The owner's manual says not to attempt at home. Is it really that difficult? Please help if possible, thanks

AFAIK, you put a tighter spring on the tensioner?!? I dunno of a manual adjustment on these.
