Just picked up the new girl last night, and started the prep work this morning.

After opening the box I noticed new sets of blades (3 to be exact) in the box. Also noticed an addendum that a cub rep put in the new package of blades.

Here are my questions:
- Are the other blades (star pattern and simple hole pattern) good for other models\years of Cub riders?
- Why is it neccessary to swap the blades when using a bagger? Better uplift to push the grass to the catcher in the back?

Just wondering before I go out there this evening and swap new blades with new blades.

TIA

You are correct. Bagger system uses "high lift" blades for maximum effeciency. Do not put standard blades on unless you plan on not using the bagger.
