Another aspect are travel expenses, assuming you will be driving to a site and likely staying in a hotel etc.
Is your driving time as part of your contracted working time or a portion?
Also will they do hotel/food on a per diem basis or are you expected to pay then submit an invoice for actual incurred?
Per deim can be nice, but different areas have different rates and can be a lot to manage. I dont think per diem payments are treated as income unless they exceed the federal standards, but to be safe I would keep a record of actual expenses in any event.
