Just looking for advice or feedback on how involved the 3PH installation is? Since the BH is on, I'm trying to get some projects done with it before I make the switch to 3PH operation. Right now, everything looks like a hole to be dug, :D but I need to make room to take the backhoe off and put on some other attachments.

Most important is getting my splitter hooked up.

Thanks!

Usually it is a five to ten minute job for me to remove the hoe since I have a cab on mine. Installing the three point hitch takes another five minutes.

When I remove the hoe I do block it up with wood blocks incase the cylinders leak down some. I also clean and grease the large upper pins to make them slide in easier.

Once you do it a couple of times it is a simple thing to do.

Removing and re-attaching the hoe takes less time than hooking up the 3pt. Dropping the hoe takes 2 minutes and it's about the same to pick it up again.

Because I have the top n tilt for my 110; routing (wrestling) the hyd hoses and the cylinders is more of a challange than the hoe - IMO.
